SME Business Training Workshop

Time: 0900-1230

This workshop is aimed at existing and potential small to medium sized business owners who need to improve their financial record keeping, cash flow management, tax compliance and how to develop marketing strategies that work. It will also discuss the impact of dollarisation on business and tips for survival and growth.
The workshop presenters will include Phillip Chichoni, a business planning consultant with Admiral Business Systems (Pvt) Ltd and Tendai Mavima, the Managing Director of Tax Management Services (Pvt) Ltd, Nigel Jumbe, the Managing Director of Summerhay Corporate Marketing and Advertising.
Participants will be handed the “Cash Flow Planning and Management Simplified” handbook, as well as copies of all the presentations.

Venue: Lucy Ibbotson Centre, Herbert Chitepo/6th Street, Harare
Cost $20.00 per participant, which will include teas and drinks.
The following will be available for sale to workshop participants at discounted prices:
• “Business Planning Simplified”, a 30 page step by step guide to help you develop your own business plan.
